Saving Our Youth Future

PURPOSE

S.O.Y. Saving Our Youth Future purpose is to contribute to the elimination of the continuous homelessness crisis especially among our young adult between the ages of 18 to 24. By proving Outreach & Resource services to all homeless youth, including the LGBTQ and /or HIV- positive, as well as the Heterosexual population in the Chicago area and surrounded suburbs. 

And assist them with all their basic needs and offer them all the necessary tool and resources which would lead them to a positive and stable future full of self-sufficiency and empowerment. 

Through providing Mobile and Footage Outreach services activities to our homeless young adults which includes a massive of diverse community resources.

Not limited to conducting linkage to support services such as: Counseling, Healthcare, Financial Literacy, Substance Abuse Treatments, Harm Reduction, Employment, Mental Health, Education, Housing/Emergency Shelter, Training Trades, Support Services like Transportation and acquisition of Public Aid benefits (TANF, SNAP, LINK), SSI, etc.

S.O.Y. Saving Our Youth Future vision is to contribute to the ending of homelessness crisis among our community young adults, by providing them in the near future with a sanctuary based of  love and care, where they can feel themselves, safe and can consider it their home.
